Introduction:
Branley Home is an Adult Residential Facility serving individual with Developmental Disabilities from 18 to 59 years of age. The facility is licensed by the Community Care Licensing for 6 non-ambulatory and is a Service Level4c vendorized by the Regional Center of the East Bay.
Branley Home is a single story 4 bedroom with staff room, 2 baths, and 2 car garage. It has 1,500 SQ foot of living space, situated on a 5,800 SqFt flat/level lot surrounded by a fence. The four bedrooms are able to provide private accommodation up to 4 consumers.

Branley Home is committed to improve the Quality of Life by meeting the needs of adult residents with developmental disabilities, including physical, emotional, and social. Our goal is to create a respectful and safe living in a structured and clean environment that promotes opportunities for individual friendships, enjoyment, education, good health, serenity and happiness inside the home and out in the community. We will provide the highest quality of life, choices, recognize dignity, self-esteem, and above all the desire in all of us to feel loved.
The program is also committed to providing active treatment to participants within an enriched environment, which promotes normalization and choice, and provides training to maximize independence.
Tasks and activities are based on individual needs and interests. The curriculum is flexible enough to support changes in program activities reflecting the developing needs and interests of each individual long periods of unstructured “down time” are avoided, as this often results in behavioral challenges related to individuals’ lack of independent leisure or recreation skills.
Participants are provided with choices of enjoyable and stimulating activities, formal skills training, and behavior management intervention based on the Individual Service Plan (ISP) throughout their waking hours. Tasks and activities are functional, community-based, and chronologically age-appropriate whenever possible for each participant.
Ongoing efforts are made to identify new leisure materials and activities which are stimulating and enjoyable, to keep participants actively engaged
The facility is located in a cul-de-sac street at 121 Bonita Court Rodeo, CA 94572. It is very quiet and safe suburban neighborhood. Rodeo is nearby Hercules CA and is at the center of West Contra Costa County.
It is within 10 to 20 minutes of driving distance to San Pablo Doctors Medical Center (10 Minutes), Contra Costa Regional Medical Center in Martinez (15 minutes) Kaiser Richmond (15 minutes) and Kaiser Walnut Creek (20 minutes).
