Joanne Mendoza of Prudential Realty, the person who helped me found Branley Home.  I have been looking for a 1,500 square foot home with 4 bedrooms for two years  (2007-2009) with several Real State agents but with no luck, as every home had pending offers due to all avaialable houses are either on short sale, forclosure or bank owned.
